Teri Kozikowski

Theresa Kozikowski currently serves as Chief People Officer at Clarity Software Solutions, Inc. and as a member of Chief since July 2022. Previously, Theresa held the position of SVP of Human Resources and Director of Employee Relations at Webster Bank from February 2019 to April 2022, and as Chief Human Resources Officer at Edelman Financial Services from October 2016 to May 2018. Additional experience includes roles such as Managing Director and Human Resources Leader at Marsh & McLennan Companies in 2015, EVP of HR at GE Capital Aviation Services from 2007 to 2014, and various HR leadership positions at GE companies, including GE Real Estate and GE Commercial Equipment Finance. Theresa earned an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - The Lally School of Management and a BS in Biology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
