Tali Aviv

Tali Aviv is a seasoned professional in customer education and training with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Education at Clarivate since May 2025, Tali Aviv leads a global team focused on creating high-quality educational content to enhance product adoption and customer success. Prior to this, Tali Aviv held the position of Senior Manager of Customer Education at Ex Libris from February 2017 to May 2025, overseeing the development of documentation and eLearning assets. Tali Aviv's experience includes significant roles in knowledge management and instructional design at Cisco and NDS Technologies Israel Limited, and involvement in initiatives supporting women's professional development at Clarivate. Tali Aviv holds a BSc in Nutrition from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and has pursued additional educational development throughout various institutions.
