Whitney Lindsey

Whitney Lindsey serves as the Head of People & Culture at BARR Advisory, P.A., overseeing talent acquisition, culture, and HR initiatives since October 2019. In this role, Whitney leads efforts to attract, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring associate satisfaction and engagement. Additionally, Whitney is an Advisory Network Member at ChangeEngine and previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Leader at TIFEC. Whitney's extensive experience also includes key roles at Oracle as Principal Talent Advisor and Learning and Development Lead, as well as contract recruiting positions at Amazon and Google. Whitney's career began in recruitment and business development with companies including Iron Mountain and Wolseley. Whitney holds a Master of Science in Strategic Human Resources Management & Development from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Kansas State University.
