Steve holds the designation of National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) and possesses extensive training in various safety protocols, including Advanced First Aid and conflict management. Strong relationship-building and coordination skills are evident in Steve's collaboration with project teams and subcontractors to enhance pre-task safety compliance. With a proven track record in health and safety system management and a focus on continuous cultural improvement, Steve has played a crucial role in the evolution and implementation of safety programs such as Building LIFE across multiple projects. Prior experience includes roles in safety project management, training coordination, and project liaison, complemented by education in Landscape Architectural Technology.
