Craig Lampley has extensive experience in the airline industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Crew Services & Guest Solutions at Spirit Airlines since February 2011, where leadership encompasses a team of over 200 professionals dedicated to enhancing both crew members' and guests' experiences through process improvement and organizational development. Previously, Lampley held the positions of Senior Director and Director of Guest Solutions & Recovery, emphasizing guest recovery during irregular operations and optimizing automation for enhanced customer control. Lampley began a career at US Airways, progressing from Customer Service Agent to Customer Service Manager, where responsibilities included developing new procedures and coordinating operations.
