Sujanie Abeyakoon

Sujanie Abeyakoon is an accomplished research scientist currently working at Clark County Water Reclamation District since April 2025. With a solid background in chemistry, Sujanie has held various positions including formulation scientist and quality control analytical chemist at ProCaps Laboratories from July 2015 to October 2025, and previously served as a chemist at Clark County Water Reclamation District from June 2013 to July 2015. Early experience includes an internship in research and development at Southern Nevada Water Authority from January 2010 to June 2013. Sujanie's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Chemistry from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Bachelor’s Degree with Honors in Chemistry from the University of Colombo. Teaching experience includes serving as a graduate teaching assistant at both institutions.
