Dawn Langan has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Dawn started their career as a Corporate HR Administrator at Streamline.com in 1999. Dawn then moved on to Millennium Pharmaceuticals, where they worked as a Contracts / Project Associate from 2000 to 2005. Following that, they joined Faber Daeufer & Itrato PC as an Administration Manager from 2005 to 2012. Dawn then served as the Executive Director at Murphy, Hesse, Toomey & Lehane, LLP in 2012. Currently, they are working as the HR Director at Clark+Elbing LLP, a position they have held since 2013.
Dawn Langan holds a Master's Degree in HR & Labor Relations from the University of Rhode Island, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Prior to their master's degree, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies from Bentley University, completing their studies from 2000 to 2002. Furthermore, they hold an Associate's Degree in Business Management from Johnson & Wales University, where they studied from 1996 to 1998.
In addition to their formal education, Dawn Langan has obtained several certifications. Dawn became a SHRM-CP (Certified Professional) through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in January 2015. In June 2011, they achieved the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Their certifications also include the Certified Legal Manager (CLM) designation, which they attained in November 2009 from the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA).
