Heather Rice, FRP, is a seasoned commercial litigation paralegal currently employed at Clark Partington since August 2022, previously holding the same position at the firm from October 2019 to December 2021. With extensive experience in both state and federal courts, Rice has developed a specialization in e-discovery using Everlaw. In addition to practical roles, Rice serves on the Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) Enrichment Committee for The Florida Bar since 2021 and has held various leadership positions within the Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc. from January 2020 to June 2023, including Big Bend Chapter Vice President and State Treasurer. Earlier career roles include positions as a paralegal at Avera & Smith, LLP, and Hinkle & Foran, P.A., with a foundation in customer service as an administrative assistant at Publix Super Markets. Rice earned a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Affairs from Florida State University in 2016.
