Lauren Jackson

Lauren Jackson currently serves as a Senior Customer Experience Captain at CLARK UK®, where responsibilities include retaining life insurance customers. Previous experience includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at G4S, where tasks involved setting up and managing COVID-19 test sites and assisting vulnerable customers. Earlier in the career, Lauren worked as a Retail Assistant for Clintons (Esquire Retail Ltd). Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama with Creative Writing from the University of the West of England, completed in June 2021.
