Mark Weintraub

Mark Weintraub K.C. is a seasoned litigation partner at Clark Wilson LLP, where Mark leads the Estate & Trust Litigation Group since February 1999. With a solid foundation in law, Mark practiced as a partner at Silber Weintraub from 1993 to 1999 and at Freeman & Company from 1989 to 1993, where Mark began their career in commercial litigation after articling in 1982. Mark holds an LL.B. from the University of Toronto and advanced degrees in history and comparative religion from The University of British Columbia, along with early studies at the University of Judaism/California State University.
