Carolin Lippmann

Carolin Lippmann is a seasoned professional in the field of People and Culture, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at CLARK since June 2021. With extensive experience in leadership development, organizational development, and health management, Carolin has facilitated various workshops and contributed to the culture team. Previous roles include Learning and Development Coordinator at Hypoport SE, where an LMS was introduced, and Manager Human Relations at ctrl QS, focusing on people-related topics. Early experiences involve positions in learning and development at BCG Digital Ventures and HR management at C3 Creative Code and Content GmbH.
