Jordan Barr, MA, CPTD, currently serves as the Talent Development Manager for Instructional Design & Delivery at NCCI since June 2022. Prior experience includes over a decade at T-Mobile, where Jordan held various instructional design roles, notably as Sr. Instructional Designer for Human Experience & Integration, leading the training plan for the Consumer Group merger with Sprint. Recognized multiple times with Winners Circle for contributions to customer loyalty and digital learning initiatives, Jordan has a strong background in developing onboarding plans and integrating training resources. Earlier roles at OFFICE DEPOT, INC. involved significant achievements in sales and employee training, while consulting experiences with organizations like The Grameen Foundation and Microsoft highlighted Jordan's analytical skills and impact on employee engagement strategies.
