Matthias Roj

Matthias Roj has extensive experience in various leadership and coaching roles across multiple organizations. Since December 2021, Matthias has served as a Lehrtrainer at NLPplus. Additionally, Matthias has been the Head of Automation at Clark Germany since May 2017 and the CEO of ZEN - Gesellschaft für finanzielle Absicherung since May 2013. Previously, Matthias held the position of Repräsentant at ERGO Group AG from May 2007 to April 2013 and was Geschäftsführer/CEO at auviko audio-visuelle kommunikation from April 2004 to May 2007. Matthias began career in IT management as the IT-Manager at MB-Media Verlag from 2000 to 2004. Educational qualifications include certifications as a System-Coach from the Wildwechsel-Institut für Persönlichkeitsentwicklung and NLP-Trainer from the NLP-Coaching Institut Kassel, along with several other coaching credentials.
