Samuel Watt is a seasoned professional in the field of surveying and engineering, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of WHL Surveying & Engineering since February 2024. As the Owner and Founder, Samuel is dedicated to maintaining high service standards and providing tailored solutions in commercial construction. Additionally, Samuel leads WHL Projects, which also focuses on commercial construction management, and serves as Director and Co-Founder of Clarke & Watt Building Consultancy, offering national services for various project types. Previous experience includes roles at Dabinett as a Building Surveyor, where efforts were directed towards achieving MRICS chartered status, and positions at Transport for Greater Manchester and Red Star Financial Management Ltd, demonstrating a comprehensive background in project management and customer service. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Surveying from The University of Salford.
