Catherine Huot

Catherine Huot has extensive experience in human resources, starting with their role as Manager of Human Resources at Filene's from 1997 to 2000. Catherine then worked at Reebok International Ltd. as a Manager of Human Resources in 2000 and later became the Director of Human Resources from 2001 to 2005. Catherine then joined Reebok/adidas as the Head of Global Human Resources for Operations and Shared Services from 2005 to 2007. Following that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Chico's FAS Inc. from 2007 to 2012. Most recently, Catherine is currently the Chief People Officer at Clarks, a position they have held since 2012.

Catherine Huot holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Executive Coaching and HR Management from Bentley College, as well as certifications in Lominger Career Architect - Full Life Cycle, MBTI, Predictive Index, and Profiler 360.
