Charlotte Gray

Charlotte Gray has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Charlotte started as an Assistant Buyer at Whistlestop Food & Wine in 1995. Charlotte then moved on to TOPSHOP TOPMAN, where they worked as a Distributor and later as a Senior Distributor from 1996 to 1998.

In 2000, Charlotte joined Clarks as an Assistant Merchandiser and gradually progressed to roles such as Merchandiser, Ecommerce Merchandiser, and Senior Merchandiser. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the Branch Merchandising Manager.

In 2014, Charlotte became a Buying and Merchandising Subject Matter Expert at Clarks, and in 2015 they were promoted to the role of Head of Channel Merchandising. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Head of European Strategy & Business Development, where they led the development of the region's strategy, implemented an omni-channel consumer experience program, and developed new business growth initiatives.

In 2018, Charlotte took on the role of Head Of Merchandising UKROI & EMEA, where they managed the merchandising function for the UK and the entire EMEA region. Charlotte then briefly served as the Head of Customer Engagement Strategy in 2023 before being promoted to their current position as the Director of Global Customer Experience at Clarks.

Charlotte Gray attended Oxford Brookes University from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Economics/Business Management. Before attending the university, there is no specified information about their education.
