Charlotte Gray has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Charlotte started as an Assistant Buyer at Whistlestop Food & Wine in 1995. Charlotte then moved on to TOPSHOP TOPMAN, where they worked as a Distributor and later as a Senior Distributor from 1996 to 1998.
In 2000, Charlotte joined Clarks as an Assistant Merchandiser and gradually progressed to roles such as Merchandiser, Ecommerce Merchandiser, and Senior Merchandiser. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the Branch Merchandising Manager.
