Kris Paxson

Kris Paxson has extensive work experience in operations and logistics. From February 2015 to February 2017, they served as the Director of Inventory & Planning at Clarks Americas. Kris then moved on to become the Sr. Director of Distribution Operations from February 2017 to February 2019, before eventually being promoted to VP of Operations & Logistics in March 2019. In addition to their roles at Clarks Americas, Kris also has previous experience at New Era Cap Co., where they held the position of Distribution Operations Manager from September 2007 to January 2015. During their time at New Era Cap Co., they were responsible for implementing RF WMS and SAP/WM solutions in various distribution centers, leading start-up teams, and reducing order lead times in the distribution network. Overall, Kris's work experience showcases their expertise in operations and logistics management.

Kris Paxson completed a Certificate Program in Project Management at Cornell University from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2002, Kris completed an Associates in the Arts degree in Criminal Justice at Hilbert College.
