Daniel Lopes is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in the financial and digital banking sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Information Technology for Claro Pay, Daniel has effectively structured the IT team, aligning capabilities with Claro culture and best practices such as ITIL and Agile. Prior to Claro Brasil, Daniel held various roles at Citi, where responsibilities included management of LatAm Integration Solutions, contributions to information security standards, and coordination of development teams across multiple countries. Daniel holds an MBA in Big Data and Artificial Intelligence from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and a degree in Information Technology from Anhanguera Educacional.
