William H. Centeno R. has extensive experience in human resources and logistics, currently serving as an Especialista de Recursos Humanos at Claro Costa Rica since September 2019, where responsibilities include implementing an HCM-Oracle management system and maintaining organizational structure for 900 employees. Previously, at Grupo BG Autopartes, c.a. from November 2016 to June 2018, William held the position of Logistic Manager, focusing on administrative, payroll, and accounting systems, logistics design, training and supervising staff, and product branding. William's career began at Smurfit Kappa from December 2013 to May 2016 as an Industrial Engineer, supporting Occupational Health and Safety Management System implementation and Environmental Management System maintenance. Educational qualifications include a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Nacional Experimental Politécnica 'Antonio José de Sucre' (2008-2013), along with a high school degree in Ciencias and a basic school degree in Educación primaria.
