Teri Wicker Ph.D.

Teri Wicker, PhD, RN, NE-BC, serves as Vice President at Claro Healthcare, LLC since June 2016, focusing on analyzing and implementing strategies for operational management, including the facilitation of multidisciplinary rounds and care coordination assessments. Teri is also a trained facilitator for The Leadership Challenge, an evidence-based leadership development program. Previous roles include Senior Director of Nursing at Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, where Teri oversaw nursing operations and developed a short stay cardiac unit, and Director of Professional Practice at Banner Health, where Teri contributed to achieving stroke center certification and standardized practices across multiple facilities. Teri's extensive experience spans emergency department leadership, nursing excellence initiatives, and adjunct faculty positions at various universities, bolstered by a PhD in Nursing from the University of Arizona and multiple nursing degrees.
