Toika Aspinwall RN, CCDS, CCM has extensive experience in healthcare, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President at Claro Healthcare, LLC since October 2018, with prior roles including Clinical Manager, Sr. Consultant, and Healthcare Consultant.
