Elizabeth Lopez

Elizabeth Lopez has over seven years of experience in customer service and administration. Currently serving as an Encargado de tienda, Backoffice Administrativa, and Asesor del servicio de atención al cliente at Claro Honduras since April 2019, Elizabeth has developed expertise in telephone assistance, personal customer service, and billing processes. Prior experience includes a role as Cajero bancario at Banco Promerica Honduras from September 2017 to January 2019, and as Oficial del servicio de atención al cliente at Cable Vision Rodriguez from August 2014 to October 2015. Elizabeth holds a degree in Licenciatura en Relaciones Industriales, Relaciones laborales industriales from Universidad Tecnológica de Honduras, completed in June 2021.
