Simon Malave

Simon Malave serves as the Frontend Tech Lead and Temporal DevOps Engineer at Claro Insurance since December 2022, where significant improvements to platform security and architecture were achieved through a migration to version 2.0. Prior to this role, Simon worked as a Frontend Developer at LISA Insurtech from February 2022 to January 2024, where a 200% increase in loading efficiency for BPMN diagram features was accomplished, coupled with a 60% reduction in development times through application architecture restructuring. Simon also held a Frontend Developer position at Feracode from September 2020 to October 2022, contributing to the creation of a user activity tracking system for remote work and developing a methodology for hybrid application distribution across Windows and Mac that enhanced development speed.
