Nicole Konikow

Nicole Konikow has had a diverse work experience, beginning with their current role as Director of People Operations at Claros Technologies Inc. In 2019, they joined Nanoramic Laboratories where they held different roles, including Director of People and Operations, People & Culture Manager, and People and Operations Associate. Prior to that, they worked at Commonwealth Financial Network and BNY Mellon as an Operations Support Specialist and Senior Representative, respectively. Nicole also gained experience through internships at Sovos and Loomis, Sayles & Company, where they served as a Compliance Intern and Undergraduate Women's Investment Network Mentorship Participant. Additionally, they worked as a Sales Associate at Gap Inc. and as a Business Intern at Caffe Anello Restaurant and Sogno Coffee Shop.

Nicole Konikow obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Managerial Economics with a concentration in Law from Bentley University from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their High School education at Pascack Valley High School from 2010 to 2014. In July 2021, they obtained a certification as a SHRM-Certified Professional from SHRM.
