Ayal Peer

Ayal Peer has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2005 at Gilat Satcom, Ayal served as a Teleport Manager, overseeing corporate communication rooms and developing annual work plans. Ayal then joined Verint-Systems in 2008 as a System Integration Engineer, where they traveled extensively across the APAC region, integrating telephony and IP systems. Ayal moved up the ranks and became an Internal Project Manager and later the Product Knowledge Center Manager at Verint-Systems. In 2016, Ayal joined ACE Labs as the DevOps & Integration Team Leader, recruiting and leading a team responsible for department infrastructure and build environments. Ayal then became the Professional Services Group Manager, managing DevOps, Integration, and IT infrastructure teams. Most recently, Ayal joined Claroty in 2020 as a Sr. Director of Business Applications & EPMO, where they standardized and formalized company processes and managed various applications, such as Salesforce and Atlassian suite. Ayal also served as the Director of Project Management, leading global project teams and defining project management methodologies and KPIs. Prior to that, Ayal was a Senior Project Manager, overseeing a strategic project with an F500 customer.

Ayal Peer attended the Holon Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering. Prior to this, Ayal Peer attended Amal Lady Davis Tel Aviv from 1996 to 1999, however, no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
