Ismayil Basusta

Ismayil Basusta has extensive work experience in sales and channel management roles. Ismayil currently serves as the Channel Sales Director DACH & Eastern Europe at Claroty, an industrial cybersecurity company. In this role, Ismayil is responsible for helping customers reveal, protect, and manage their OT, IoT, and IIoT assets.

Prior to joining Claroty, Ismayil worked as the Channel Director DACH at Vertiv, a position they held from April 2019 to December 2021. Before that, they were the Manager Channel Sales DACH at NEC Display Solutions Europe GmbH from April 2016 to March 2019.

Ismayil also gained valuable experience at leading technology companies such as Google, PKWARE, Symantec, scirIT GmbH, G+H Netzwerk-Design GmbH, cryptovision, and Novell. These roles spanned from sales and channel management to strategic alliances. Ismayil's diverse background equips him with a strong understanding of the IT industry and a proven track record in driving business growth through effective sales strategies and partnerships.

Ismayil Basusta attended TU Dortmund University from 1990 to 1997, where they obtained a Diplom degree in Informatik. Ismayil also holds a certification as a Google AdWords certified professional, obtained at an unspecified time.
