Nina Gouas

Nina Gouas has a diverse range of work experience in various companies and industries. Nina is the current Award Winner Channel & Alliances Director for Claroty, where they lead teams in Southern Europe and the Middle East and Africa. Prior to that, they served as the Channel & Alliances Director for France at Claroty, where they built and developed a strong cybersecurity channel partner network. Nina has also been involved in organizations like Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS) and CEFCYS - Cercle des Femmes de la CyberSécurité. Before joining Claroty, Nina worked as the EMEA Channel Sales Director at Cyberm8 and Dickson Europe. Nina has also held leadership roles in companies like Cree Lighting and Checkpoint Systems, where they focused on channel sales and alliances management. Nina started their career in sales at companies like Danone, Mercedes-Benz USA, and Herogra. Nina'sexperience includes managing teams, implementing sales strategies, developing partnerships, and achieving significant revenue growth.

Nina Gouas obtained a BA in International Business & Finance from the International Business School in 1999. Nina then pursued a double diploma Master and DESS in International Business from EM Strasbourg Business School from 1999 to 2000. In 2014, they completed a CESA program in Direction Commerciale / Business Strategy at HEC Paris, followed by a MOOC in Inspirational Leadership: Leading with Sense at HEC Paris in 2016. In 2018, they attended ESSEC Business School for the Women Be European Board Ready program, focusing on becoming a Board Member. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in the ACE Leadership program from AchieveUnite Inc. in 2021 and Introduction to Cybersecurity Tools & Cyber Attacks from IBM in 2020.
