Or Tamir is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in leading QA teams and developing testing strategies. At Claroty, since September 2020, Or scaled the QA team from 1 to 28 members, overseeing three product teams and one performance-focused matrix team while integrating manual and automated testing aligned with business objectives. Previous roles include QA Team Leader at Cyberbit and SIRIN LABS, and System & SW QA Leader at RailVision. Or began a career as a QA Engineer at PointGrab and holds a degree in Psychology from Reichman University and a QA Engineer certification from HackerU Computer College.
