Rick Teitloff

Rick Teitloff has a diverse work experience. Rick is currently serving as the Director of People at Clarus R+D, a position they have held since May 2022. Previously, they worked as the Director of People & Engagement at Neostella from March 2021 to March 2022. In 2020, Rick worked as an Organizational Strategy and Talent Acquisition Consultant. Before that, they served as the Technical Recruiter Lead at ettain group from September 2019 to June 2020. Prior to their roles in the corporate world, Rick worked as an FACS Teacher at MSD of Warren Township from July 2017 to July 2019. Rick also had brief stints as an Account Executive at HomeAdvisor in 2017 and as an Account Executive and Technical Recruiter at Medasource from 2015 to 2016. Rick started their career as an Event Coordinator Intern at Centerplate at the Indianapolis Zoo in 2014 and as a Public Relations Intern at Shank Public Relations Counselors, Inc. in 2013.
