Nicole (Nicki) Lammons, CPSP, SPHR has a comprehensive work experience spanning over 24 years. Nicole (Nicki) has held various roles in the field of human resources, talent acquisition, management, and project implementation. Currently, they are working as the Vice President of Human Resources at Clarus, where they previously served as the Sr. Director of Human Resources and Director of Talent Acquisition & Management. Prior to Clarus, they worked as the HR Manager at the same company from October 2018 to July 2019. Before their time at Clarus, Lammons was a Sr. IT Recruiter at Compass Technology Group from August 2010 to September 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked at HealthMarkets, Inc. as the Manager of Project Implementation and Manager of Quality Assurance Program within Member Services, where they oversaw various responsibilities including call auditing, policy and procedure writing, project management, and employee training and development. Lammons began their career at Provider Networks of America, Inc. (ProNet) as the Director of HR & Claims/HIPAA Compliance Officer, where they managed employee recruitment and retention, employee relations, payroll processing, vendor relations, and major project management.
