Michael A. Henning

Michael A. Henning has served as one of the directors since May 2010. Mr. Henning served as a director and the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Highlands Acquisition Corp. from May 2007 until September 2009. From 2000 to May 2015, Mr. Henning had served as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Compensation Committee, and had previously served as the Vice Chairman of the Finance Committee, of the Board of Directors of CTS Corporation, a NYSE-listed company that provides electronic components to auto, wireless and PC businesses.
