Patric Holmström

Patric Holmström has a diverse work experience in the field of IT operations and management. Patric has held various roles in different companies, starting with their current position as Head of IT Operations at Clas Ohlson since July 2020. Before that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Acando from May 2017 to July 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Leverantörsansvarig at Fora AB from May 2016 to April 2017.

From 2011 to 2016, Patric worked as the Head of IT for The Computer Society of Sweden (Dataföreningen) at Dataföreningen i Sverige Service AB. In this role, they were responsible for managing the internal IT environment and procurement for the organization.

Before that, they served as the IT Manager strategy and structure at the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA) from May 2009 to January 2011. Patric oversaw the deployment of a new CRM system and managed secure remote access projects.

Patric also has experience as the Head of IS/IT at Affibody AB from February 2005 to May 2009, where they modernized and upgraded the IT infrastructure. Patric has also worked as a Nätverkstekniker konsult at Skandia and a Technical Support Engineer at Karo Bio AB.

Their career began as a Supporttekniker at Trio Information System AB, where they provided support for telephone applications and systems.

Patric Holmström obtained a certificate in Management Information Systems, General from Dataföreningen Kompetens in 2015. In 2019, they completed a course in Leading sAFE from Acando academy. From 1999 to 2001, they studied Network Technology at Computer Research. Patric also holds additional certifications, including one from F5 Networking - Sweden obtained in 2023 and another as a Certified CIO from Dataföreningen Kompetens obtained in 2015.
