Franco Cassinelli is a seasoned luxury hospitality professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade in high-end service roles. Currently serving as a Luxury Account Specialist for Clase Azul México since March 2024, Franco previously held the position of Luxury Experience Designer at Queen of Clubs Lifestyle Luxury Services, specializing in tailoring journeys across France from April 2022 to March 2024. Franco's earlier career includes pivotal roles such as Guest Experience Manager at Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas, where contributions were made to the opening of Spain's first Six Senses.
