Monica van Vleck

Monica Van Vleck currently serves as the Head of People Partners, Programs, and Operations at ClassDojo since September 2023, while also being a member of CPOHQ since June 2022. Previously, Monica held the position of Head of People & Culture at Demostack and Head of People Strategy & PMO at Robinhood, where responsibilities included strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and leading critical People initiatives. Monica's experience at Robinhood also encompassed scaling recruiting operations and implementing headcount management processes. Prior roles include Senior Business Analyst and Senior People Systems Analyst at Dropbox, where Monica led talent and performance management programs and managed Workday releases. Monica started the career at PwC as a Senior Advisory Associate specializing in HR transformation and technology. Monica earned a Bachelor of Accountancy degree, summa cum laude, from the University of San Diego.
