Chad Hargrove

Chad Hargrove has over 18 years of experience working in various finance-related roles for multiple banks and financial institutions. Chad'smost recent position was as the Organizing and Founding CFO/COO for Classic City Bank, starting in November 2019. Prior to this, they held a Senior Vice President Business Development role at Cadence Bank, N.A in early 2019. From 2017 until the end of 2018, they worked as an SVP Commercial Banking/Business Development/Lending for State Bank and Trust Company (Cadence Bank). Chad was also the CFO/COO/Corporate Secretary for The National Bank of Georgia AND NBG Bancorp from 2011 to early 2017. Before that, they served as the CFO for Peach State Bank & Trust from 2006 to 2011. Chad also worked as the CFO for Rivoli Bank & Trust (Security Bank/State Bank and Trust/Cadence Bank) for a year and as the Controller for Liberty National Bank (United Community Bank) for two years. Hargrove started their career at Georgia Central Bank (Pinnacle Bank) as a Financial Accountant in 2001.

Chad Hargrove earned a BBA in Management from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business, graduating between 1995 and 2000. Chad later went on to obtain an MAFM in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management between 2003 and 2008.
