Vivian Chew

Vivian Chew is an experienced professional in food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as the Food Safety and QA Manager at Classic Fine Foods since May 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and leading the ISO 22000 system. Previous roles at Classic Fine Foods included Assistant Food Safety & QA Manager, where leadership in audit processes and regulatory compliance was key. Prior experience includes positions at Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (F&N) as Senior Executive QA and QA Executive, focusing on product development and quality assurance procedures. Earlier in the career, Vivian served as QA Executive at Ritamix Sdn. Bhd, dedicated to continuous product quality improvements. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Food Safety and Quality Assurance from Universiti Putra Malaysia and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from UCSI.
