Ashley McKean

Ashley McKean has over 19 years of work experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on revenue management. Ashley is currently the Director of Revenue Management at Classic Hotels & Resorts since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Revenue Manager at Hotel Abrego from October 2012 to September 2019. Ashley also gained experience as a Reservations and Front Desk Agent at Beach Resort Monterey from September 2007 to October 2012. Before that, they worked as a Cruise Sales and Service Agent at Expedia, Inc. from June 2006 to May 2007. Ashley started their career at Beach Resort Monterey as a Reservations and Front Desk Agent from July 2005 to March 2006. Prior to that, they worked as a Time Share Exchange Customer Service Agent at ICE Gallery from July 2004 to July 2005. Ashley's early experience includes working as a Front Desk Agent at Beach Resort Monterey from 2000 to 2002.

Ashley McKean's education history includes attending Cabrillo College from 2011 to 2015, where they studied Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer. Ashley also studied the same field at Monterey Peninsula College from 2010 to 2014. In 2013, they briefly attended Cornell University to study Revenue Management. Prior to their time in college, they attended Universal Technical Institute-Motorcycle Mechanics Institute Division from 2003 to 2004, where they studied Motorcycle Maintenance and Repair Technology/Technician.

In addition to their educational background, Ashley obtained certifications in Hotel Revenue Management from Cornell University in February 2013 and in CHIA (Certified Hospitality Industry Analyst) from the American Hotel & Lodging Association in December 2018.
