Delaney Goetz Grundell

Delaney Goetz Grundell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They started their career in 2014 as a Seasonal Sales Associate at Columbia Sportswear Company. In 2015, they worked as a Sales Associate at Fireworks Gallery until 2016. They then joined the University of Washington Tyee Club as a Graduate Assistant from 2016 to 2017.

In 2017, Delaney worked as an Assistant Women's Rowing Coach at Pacific Lutheran University. They also served as an Account Executive at Everett Silvertips from 2018 to 2021. During this time, Delaney was involved in Summer Rowing Coaching at Everett Rowing Association from 2013 to 2018.

Delaney gained experience in the sales field by working as a Sales Development Representative, Corporate SDR, and Outbound Sales Coordinator at Outreach from 2021 to 2022.

In 2022, they joined ClassPass as an Associate Program Manager, and in 2023, advanced to the position of Program Manager. Delaney's work experience demonstrates their expertise in program management and sales coordination across different organizations.

Delaney Goetz Grundell completed a Master's Degree in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership at the University of Washington from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, General from the same university, graduating in 2016. In addition to their academic achievements, Delaney has obtained several certifications. In December 2019, they completed a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program at the Northwest Yoga Society. In June 2015, they obtained a SafeSport Coaching Certification from SafeSport USRowing. Furthermore, in March 2014, Delaney acquired a Washington State Boating License from Washington State.
