Kelly Ritchie

Kelly Ritchie has held various roles throughout their work experience. Kelly started their career at Wells Fargo as a Customer Service and Sales Representative, where they excelled in resolving client complaints and meeting sales goals. Kelly then moved on to become a Personal Banker, where they supervised tellers and exceeded corporate sales goals. Kelly also has experience in the sports industry, having worked for the Oakland Raiders as a Concierge and Premium Seating and Sales Intern. In these roles, they promoted stadium amenities, managed conflicts, and handled various administrative tasks. Kelly also worked as a Substitute Teacher for the San Ramon Valley Unified School District, where they followed lesson plans and maintained classroom behavior. Kelly served as an Office Manager for Baker Family Chiropractic Center, overseeing office processes and providing exceptional customer service. Kelly has also worked as an Assistant Account Manager at R.C. Fischer & Co., communicating with clients and facilitating software transitions.
