Manager, Customer Experience Programs at Classy

Audrey Phillips has a diverse work experience. Audrey started their career at TERI Inc as a Development Coordinator in March 2016 and later became an Annual Giving Manager in June 2017. In November 2017, they joined Classy.org as a Customer Success Manager and held this position until September 2020. After that, they transitioned to become a Program Manager in the Scaled Customer Engagement team and eventually became the Manager of Scaled Customer Engagement in August 2021, where they are currently employed.

Audrey Phillips obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Sociology from the University of Washington. Prior to that, they completed their International Baccalaureate at Ecole Internationale de Genève from 2005 to 2008. Currently, their education history shows that they pursued post-baccalaureate studies in Psychology at Bellevue College, although the specific timeframe for this program is not provided.
