Alex Snel

Alex Snel has extensive experience in facility management and technical real estate management. Currently serving as a bouwkundig uitvoerder at De Bazaar since July 2018 and as a manager of technisch vastgoedbeheer at Holland Property Group since December 2017, Alex also holds the position of Facility & Maintenance Coordinator at Claudia Sträter since April 2015. Previous roles include Facilitair manager at Coltex from October 2006 to March 2015, overseeing facility management for 300 stores and 400 real estate properties, and Duty Manager/Night Auditor at Holiday Inn Amsterdam from February 2001 to October 2006, where responsibilities included ensuring smooth operations and providing guest information. Alex began a career in security at B&M Beveiliging from March 1998 to April 2001, focusing on establishing new properties and training new staff. Alex's education includes studies at ISBW from 2013 to 2015 and from 1999 to 2001.
