Evgeny Likhoded is the founder and CEO of ClauseMatch. Prior to founding ClauseMatch, they worked as a vice president at Morgan Stanley from May 2009 to April 2013. During their time at Morgan Stanley, they were responsible for negotiating master trading and margining agreements for financial products and physical commodities, maintaining in-house positions on trading documentation, liaising with internal and external departments, implementing a wiki platform, drafting complex additional documentation, and attending eWorld conferences.

Evgeny Likhoded has a Master's degree in European Law from the Université de Rennes I, as well as an LLB in Law from the University of Exeter. Evgeny also has A levels in Math, French, Business Studies, and IT from Chichester Sixth Form. Finally, they have an equivalent of A levels from a bi-lingual class with subjects in both Russian and French from St-Petersburg Grammar School 171 in Russia.
