Brian Kam

Brian Kam is a Psychiatric Registered Nurse at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center, specializing in the assessment and stabilization of pediatric mental health conditions. Previously, Brian served as a Progressive Care Registered Nurse and Emergency Room Nurse at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Brian's experience includes working as a Registered Nurse for the COVID-19 County Response with Monroe County Department of Public Health, along with roles as a student nurse and co-founder of Thrive Projects Inc., a nonprofit organization focused on sustainable development. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Rochester and multiple degrees from Syracuse University in International Relations and Near and Middle Eastern Studies. Brian has also participated as a TEDx speaker, sharing insights on education and societal issues.
