Shawn Pickering

Shawn Pickering has a long and varied work experience in the automotive industry. Shawn started their career at C. Harper Ford in 1999 as a Service Manager. Shawn then held the role of Service Manager at Toyota of Greensburg from 1991 to 2006. From 2006 to 2012, they worked as a Corporate Fixed Operations Manager at Alexander Auto Group, overseeing 10 different locations. Shawn then served as the Fixed Operations Manager at Deerfield Beach Toyota from 2013 to 2016 and at Asbury/ Northpoint Toyota/David McDavid Honda from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they became the Service Director at AutoNation CDJR until 2020. Shawn then took on the role of Fixed Operations Director at Toyota of Plano from 2020 to 2022. In 2023, they worked at Hiley Buick-GMC of Fort Worth as the Service Director for the first six months, and is currently employed as the Fixed Operations Director at Clay Cooley Auto Group since September 2023.

Shawn Pickering completed an associate degree in Business at West Virginia Business College from 1989 to 1991.
