Robin Maddox, LMFT

Robin Maddox, LMFT has a diverse work experience in the field of mental health and counseling. They currently serve as the Chief Clinical Officer at Clay, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, Robin was the Director of Behavioral Health at Clay from September 2021 to May 2023.

Before joining Clay, Robin founded and worked as a Child and Family Therapist at Maddox Counseling LLC from November 2016 to May 2023.

Starting from September 2012, Robin held the role of Child and Family Therapist at The Family Institute at Northwestern University until November 2016.

Robin's earlier experience includes working as the Director of Special Education at Notre Dame College Prep from 2009 to 2012.

They also served as the Camp Director and Executive Board Member at Camp Hope Illinois from June 2005 to 2012.

Robin Maddox, LMFT has a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Northwestern University. Additionally, Robin holds a Bachelor's Degree Cum Laude in Special Education and Teaching from Indiana University Bloomington.
