Monica Gereda

Monica Gereda is an experienced Executive Assistant currently serving at the United Way of San Diego County since September 2024 and at Clayton Early Learning since June 2020, where responsibilities include supporting executive leadership. Prior to these roles, Monica worked as Chief of Staff at Clayton Early Learning, and held the position of Executive Administrative Assistant at The Option Institute and Autism Treatment Center of America from March 2017 to June 2020. Other notable experiences include a Financial Reporting Accountant role at The Lane Construction Corporation, an Auditor at BlumShapiro, and an Audit Associate at Deloitte and Touche LLP. Monica began a career in finance and accounting as a Tax Analyst Intern at Xerox and also gained early retail experience as a Lead Sales Associate at Tween Brands. Monica holds a degree from Sacred Heart University and completed the Impact Denver Program through the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation in 2023.
