Neil Ward

Neil Ward is a seasoned professional in the construction and property management field, currently serving as the Commercial Manager at CLC Group Limited since June 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Quantity Surveyor at Novus Property Solutions from February 2016 to June 2021, and Senior Quantity Surveyor at Bullock Construction Limited from 2007 to 2013. Neil also held the position of Project Manager at Woodland Property Services Ltd between January 2014 and February 2016. Earlier in the career, Neil was a Quantity Surveyor at both Frank Haslam Milan Ltd and Lovell Partnerships Ltd, as well as gaining foundational experience as a Trainee/Assistant/Quantity Surveyor at Derby City Council from 1986 to 2003.
