Nathalie Emaille-Leotard has over 20 years of work experience, primarily in the field of human resources. Nathalie is currently the Chief of People at Clean Air Task Force. Prior to this, they held positions at various organizations including International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease, where they served as the Director of Partnerships & Human Resources and later as the Global Human Resources Director. Nathalie also founded and owned People for Performance, a company that provided customized performance solutions. Nathalie has worked as an external consultant for companies such as Coloplast, Alphatec Spine, Excelian Ltd, RBS International, Abbott Laboratories, and Cardinal Health. Throughout their career, Nathalie has demonstrated skills in organizational restructuring, talent acquisition, HR strategy, and business partnering.
Nathalie Emaille-Leotard obtained an MA in International Business from OMNES Education between 1992 and 1995. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Victor Hugo for an unknown duration. Lastly, in 1995-1996, they pursued an MBA at the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
