Cortney Hollinger, SHRM-SCP

Cortney Hollinger, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Cortney has held various HR and managerial roles throughout their career.

In 2001, Cortney started their professional journey as a Student Assistant Peer Leader at Texas A&M University, where they provided customer service and assisted with hiring and training student assistants.

After their time at the university, Cortney worked as a Health Promotions Intern at the City of Beaumont Public Health Department in 2004.

From 2006 to 2011, Cortney worked for the American Cancer Society, initially as a Cancer Information Specialist, where they provided education and assistance to patients and their families. Cortney also served as a Work Force Management Project Assistant, managing unscheduled absences and inquiries related to work force management procedures.

In 2011, Cortney became self-employed and worked as a Personal Assistant to Families until 2016.

From 2016 to 2018, Cortney worked at Wondercide Natural Products, where they held the role of EA, OM, and HR.

In 2018, they joined CLEAN Cause as an Executive Assistant and HR personnel and then moved up to the position of Special Projects & HR Manager. In 2022, Cortney became the Human Resources Director and eventually the Director of Marketing & HR.

Additionally, Cortney joined CLEAN CAUSE FOUNDATION in 2021 as an HR Manager.

Throughout their career, Cortney has gained extensive experience in HR, management, customer service, and project coordination.

Cortney Hollinger, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health Education from Texas A&M University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. Cortney furthered their education by earning a Masters of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from St. Edward's University between the years 2005 and 2007. In addition to their academic achievements, Cortney has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Cortney is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) through SHRM, having successfully completed the certification in December 2021. Cortney also completed the Perform HR Certification from Paycor in December 2021. Furthermore, they hold a CPR, First Aid, and AED certification obtained from the American Red Cross in January 2016.
