Claire Kearns-McCoy

Claire Kearns-McCoy is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in solar energy. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Clean Energy Associates since October 2018, Claire leads the North America module field testing team and oversees various module testing projects. Previously, Claire held the roles of Senior Project Manager and Project Manager/Solar Engineer at Clean Energy Associates, managing projects related to PV module testing and safety inspections. Prior experience includes a position as a Product Engineer at SunEdison, where Claire focused on module R&D and the manufacturing process, as well as internships at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, Bandgap Engineering, and MIT Hammond Lab. Claire holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
